We cannot thank you enough for all of your support over the past 4 years! 🥹💗

We have truly loved meeting each and every one of you, and it is such a blessing to be a part of your lives. Getting to serve our community, watch you grow, and be trusted with your care is something we never take for granted. 🫶

To celebrate our birthday, if you’d like to help us spread the love, share our page or one of our posts so even more of our community can find us! 🎉

Four years feels like such a huge milestone, but I already can’t wait to see what our 10th birthday looks like! Here’s to many more years of growing, serving, and celebrating together. 🥂💗

Thank you for being a part of our journey!

For your very first visit, which we call your evaluation, you will go to 202 North High Street. Please come to this location to get started.

It’s very easy to find! You can park beside the building and come right in. Please do not go to the main hospital. We’ve had quite a few patients get turned around and unfortunately miss their appointments by going there.

When Savannah calls you and sends your initial paperwork, all of this information will be included in your paperwork as well, along with a photo of the building to help you know exactly where you’re going.

We look forward to seeing you! 😊

Seriously, don’t ever be afraid to ask us—or any provider—about their experience, training, and credentials! 🩷

I am personally NEVER offended by questions. In fact, I could probably talk your ear off about my love for pelvic health, all the courses I’ve taken, and the certifications I’ve worked hard to earn. 😂🫶

You deserve to feel confident in the person providing your care. Ask questions. Advocate for yourself. Know who you’re trusting with your body. ✨

And if you ask me about pelvic health… well, you better have a little time because I LOVE talking about it! 😂💗

Cancellation Policy Update

To better serve all of our patients, we will now be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy. We have experienced an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, which has resulted in longer waitlists and delays for patients who are waiting to begin treatment.

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies do happen. If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control, we will review those situations on a case-by-case basis.

We ask that every patient remain committed to their treatment plan and attend scheduled appointments whenever possible. Consistency is an important part of making progress and improving your quality of life. By honoring your appointment times, you also help ensure that other patients have the opportunity to access pelvic floor therapy in a timely manner.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and commitment to your care.

This week, patients scheduled for Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, please advise. Parking may be congested; however, we offer complimentary shuttle services. Please call 423-836-4326, and the shuttle will pick up and drop off at our entrance.

Important Notice: Temporary Changes to Emergency Department Access

Beginning Wednesday, 6/3/26, construction and facility improvements will require temporary changes to parking and access at Sweetwater Hospital Association.

Please be aware of the following changes:

🔹 The Emergency Department parking lot will be closed
🔹 Parking Lot B will be closed
🔹 Some parking spaces in Parking Lot A will be unavailable
🔹 The Emergency Department entrance will be temporarily closed

Patients and visitors needing Emergency Department services should enter through the hospital's Main Entrance, where staff will assist with directions and access to the ED.

To help minimize inconvenience, the SHA Shuttle will be available throughout the day, continuously circulating through designated parking areas and providing free transportation to and from the Main Entrance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our facilities. These temporary changes are necessary to enhance the patient and visitor experience.

We assist mothers in physically preparing their bodies for and during birth. This book was excellent in helping mothers prepare for delivery, even if it wasn't what they initially wanted. We highly recommend it.

Graduating from pelvic floor physical therapy with The Pelvic Team means more than finishing treatment — it means honoring the bravery it took to begin. Every patient receives a bracelet with our logo as a reminder of their strength, trust, and willingness to allow us to walk alongside them in their healing journey.

We never lose sight of how intimidating pelvic floor therapy can feel, especially taking that very first step through the door. This bracelet is a small token to remind you just how far you’ve come.

Savannah began handmaking these bracelets about 1.5 years ago, and this is now the second edition featuring new charms and updated colors! She wanted each collection to feel fun, unique, and meaningful — a little celebration of every patient’s progress and accomplishment. 💕
