Each month, our residents choose the Employee of the Month, and it is always a great compliment to be selected by them. 🥰 There is no greater honor than being recognized by the very people we have the privilege of caring for every day.

Rosa, thank you for the kindness, compassion, patience, and dedication you show our residents. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are so proud to have you as part of the Sterling Hills family! 💐

🌸🌿 Garden Club in Bloom! 🌿🌸

Our Garden Club had a beautiful morning today working on their latest project! 🪴💐 They spent time potting flowers into their pots in the gazebo, and we can already see their vision coming to life!

Their goal is to transform our gazebo area into a beautiful, peaceful space that everyone can enjoy—our residents, families, staff, and visitors. 🌺💚

We love watching our residents put their creativity, teamwork, and love into making Sterling Hills an even more beautiful place to call home! We can’t wait to see this garden continue to grow! 🌷☀️

🎒🌊 STERLING HILLS BACK TO SCHOOL BASH! 🌊🎒

What an AMAZING day celebrating our community and getting everyone ready for a new school year! 📚✏️🚌

We are incredibly thankful for all of the wonderful community partners who helped make our Back to School Bash such a success! ❤️

🌭 Church of God — Thank you for providing FREE food and keeping everyone fed with delicious hot dogs! 🌭

💦 Rockin Reed Inflatables — Thank you for bringing the water slide and helping us keep everyone cool while having SO much fun! ☀️💦

🎒 Alpha Omega Hospice & West Texas Hospice — Thank you for supplying backpacks for our community’s kiddos! Your generosity is going to make such a difference for these children as they head back to school. 📚🎒

We are so incredibly grateful for these partnerships and for organizations that believe in giving back, showing up, and investing in our community. It takes all of us working together to make a difference, and we are blessed to have such amazing people and organizations beside us! ❤️

Nothing says summer like root beer floats! 🍦🥤 Our residents had a wonderful time today enjoying this sweet treat, sharing laughs, making memories, and spending time together. It’s the simple moments like these that bring so much joy!

We also want to give a very special shoutout to our incredible Activity Director, Dolores! ❤️ She consistently goes above and beyond for both our residents and our staff. Her creativity, dedication, and compassionate heart shine through in everything she does, and she works tirelessly to make each day special for those who call Sterling Hills home.

Thank you, Dolores, for all that you do! We are so grateful to have you as part of the Sterling Hills family. 💙🧡
