🎉 Please join us in welcoming Christa Martin, Speech-Language Pathologist, to the RPMH team! 🎉

Christa is a Sweetwater native, born and raised right here in our community. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Abilene Christian University in 2022.

Following graduation, Christa took her skills on the road, traveling across the United States providing speech-language pathology services to patients in communities throughout the country. Now, we are excited to welcome her back home to Sweetwater, where she will bring that experience to the community that helped shape her.

Christa will provide Speech-Language Pathology services for both inpatient and outpatients, helping individuals with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

We are proud to welcome a hometown healthcare professional back to Sweetwater and into the RPMH family. ❤️

Celebrating 21 Years of Ryan Moore!

For 21 years, Ryan Moore has been part of the RPMH family, and during that time, she has worn many hats across multiple departments. Today, you’ll find her at Eaker Family Medicine, where she continues to be an important part of the team serving our patients.

But there’s another place around RPMH where Ryan has become something of a legend… the Wellness Park walking track. That track may not have been built specifically for Ryan, but after the number of miles she has logged on it, we’re starting to think it might be time to put her name on it!

Ryan, thank you for 21 years of dedication, hard work and being such a familiar and valued face around RPMH. We are grateful for all the ways you have served our hospital and our community over the years.

**Celebrating 16 Years of Michelle Maberry!**

For 16 years, Michelle Maberry has been a valued part of the RPMH Rehab Department, bringing a calming presence, compassion, and plenty of expertise to the patients she serves. She has a way of making people feel comfortable and cared for, and that’s a pretty special gift in the world of therapy.

But Michelle’s heart for helping others doesn’t stop when she clocks out. She has a huge heart for kids and spends her time coaching youth sports, where she is known to be just a *little* competitive.

You know you can always count on her quick, snarky sense of humor to keep things interesting.

Michelle, thank you for 16 years of caring for our patients and supporting your coworkers. We are so grateful to have you on the RPMH team!

🎉 **Celebrating 28 Years of Service!** 🎉

Today, we're proud to recognize **Natalie Parra** for an incredible **28 years** of dedicated service to Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital!

For nearly three decades, Natalie has been a familiar face in our Dietary Department, serving as a Dietary Clerk and helping ensure our patients receive the nourishment and care they need during their hospital stay. While meals are an important part of healing, it's the kindness, compassion, and personal attention behind each interaction that truly make a difference, and Natalie has shared those qualities with countless patients over the years.

Twenty-eight years of service is a remarkable milestone and a testament to her dedication to our hospital, our patients, and our community.

Natalie, thank you for your years of commitment, your caring heart, and the difference you make every day. Congratulations on 28 amazing years; we're grateful to have you as part of the RPMH family!
