Unusual find at a Gold & Silver pawn shop. We’ve been waxing and casting gold at Midwest Dental Arts and continue to use gold even though the prices have increased significantly over the past few years. It’s as much of a patient request as it is the dentist requesting it. Today we quoted an upper arch hybrid which will bill for $18,000 for a single arch. To my knowledge it will be the first dual arch full milled gold All on X in the world.
