The Wing Men A guide to the best wings in NEPA The Wing Men is made up of two people who have an insatiable appetite for hot wings - Matt Lynch and Matt Serniak.

Some refer to them as "Matt Squared", but most just call them square. Oh, and by some, I mean Matt Lynch and Matt Serniak. It is their goal to go to every bar, restaurant, pub, and eatery in the Northeast Pennsylvania area that has a wing night. They then score the place on a number of factors.

Folks, you’re never going to see wing night prices, rarely ever, get back to under 50 cents a wing even when news of wing prices dropping is reported. It’s like thinking taxes are going to go down at some point in our lives

We’re just glad that we live in a time period where we could have wings and we aren’t forced to eat various forms of porridge
