💙 Holding Steady: An 8-Week Nervous System Care & Yoga Therapy Group
Loving someone with addiction can be exhausting.
The worry. The uncertainty. The waiting for the phone to ring. The constant feeling of being “on.” The cycles of hope, fear, crisis, and recovery.
And somewhere along the way, you may have stopped asking:
“How am I doing?”
🌿 Holding Steady is an 8-week supportive group created specifically for parents, partners, siblings, adult children, and other family members impacted by addiction.
This is a space to step out of survival mode for a little while—to breathe, reconnect with yourself, and learn practical tools to help care for your nervous system.
Each 75-minute session will incorporate gentle, trauma-informed yoga therapy practices, including:
🧘♀️ Gentle movement & yoga
🌬️ Breathwork & grounding techniques
🧠 Nervous system education
✨ Meditation & visualization
📖 Reflection & journaling
💙 Supportive connection with others who understand
🌿 Tools and practices to use between sessions
This group isn't about fixing your loved one.
It isn't about controlling their recovery.
And it isn't about telling you what you should have done differently.
It's about you.
Your health.
Your nervous system.
Your boundaries.
Your resilience.
Your ability to find moments of peace in the middle of uncertainty.
You don't have to carry the weight of addiction alone. 🤍
🌿 8 Weeks • 75 Minutes Weekly • Donation Based
This workshop is free/donation based and designed to create a welcoming, accessible space to breathe, heal, learn, and share in community.
No yoga experience necessary. Come exactly as you are.
Sometimes holding steady doesn't mean holding everything together.
Sometimes it means learning how to hold yourself. 💙
