Due to the tragic loss of Dr. Joseph Jackson, Jr yesterday, our office will be closed. Kendall Clark is a nurse practitioner and cannot practice without a delegating physician. We are currently working to resolve this as quickly as possible, but cannot practice at this time. We will notify our patients as soon as possible and hope to have this resolved within a few days. Thank you for your patience during this very difficult time. For any emergencies, please go to your nearest emergency department.
