JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION!! A staff-organized feast was held in celebration of Juneteenth, where Residents and Staff gathered together. Each person who prepared a dish demonstrated their dedication and care, resulting in a memorable experience. Our Residents were delighted by the celebration. The menu featured an array of dishes, including: Fried Chicken, Chitterlings, Pot roast, Pigfeet, Baked ham, Butter beans, Blackeye peas, Corn on the cob, Collard greens, Cabbage, Cornbread, Mac and cheese, Watermelon, Assorted fruit, Sweet potato pie, and many others. I appreciate the staff's collaborative
efforts, which contributed to the event's success.
