What a beautiful morning… went out for an early morning walk in perfectly cool temps. Pink clouded sunrise, clouds take on the colors so I hail them at dusk and dawn.

There was a dolphin feeding about 80 feet from me. I watched it bob up and down, dive, and chase fish. 🐟 🐬 💦

I caught a perfectly timed sunrise on video. And the waves were lapping perfectly. Such gratitude today.

Did you know the sun’s energy at sunrise is healing? ☀️🩷

I really wanted to meditate outside by the water. I knew it would be hot, but figured a short meditation would suffice. I came prepared, but my poor phone didn’t hold up to the heat. It tapped out just a few minutes after arriving.

Early morning meditation. My bottom is in the sand, the ocean is lapping, birds are chirping, and the sun is rising. My nervous system is calm. It feels safe. And now I can begin my day from a more grounded place.
