Woodlawn is home to generations of veterans whose courage and service helped shape our nationโ€™s history. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

One of the most meaningful tributes on our grounds is the Lilly Post monument in Section 32. Dedicated in 1887, the 40-foot monument honors 110 Civil War soldiers and sailors laid to rest nearby with a sentry standing watch from above.

It remains a powerful place of remembranceโ€”and a reminder of the many service members whose stories live on at Woodlawn.
