🌟 Care Partner of the Month: Nicole Figueroa!

Almost 3 years in, and Nicole still says it never feels like work. That tells you everything you need to know about her.

Nicole's favorite part of the job? Knowing that her presence allows clients to stay comfortable, safe, and independent in the place they love most, home. That's not just a job description. That's a calling.

Outside of work, Nicole is all about her son, her family, her friends, a good home-cooked meal, and yes, a little retail therapy. This year she's on a mission: save up and get her son to Disney. We are fully rooting for that trip! 🏰

Grounded, humble, and empathetic, Nicole is exactly the heart behind the Touching Hearts difference. We are so grateful to have her on our team. 💙

🌞 Our Gnome on the Roam made a special stop at Hearth at Greenpoint, and just look at those smiles! 😊

He certainly brought a little extra joy and laughter to everyone's day. Thank you to the wonderful staff and residents for such a warm welcome and for hosting our adventurous little traveler. ❤️

The good news? Our gnome has already moved on to his next destination! 👀 Where could he be now?

Back-to-school season feels like a reset for most people. For family caregivers, the season turns without much changing.
