The Barnes Center will be closed tomorrow, June 19, in honor of Juneteenth. But remember, even when we're closed, students experiencing a mental health crisis, seeking support for sexual or relationship violence, or needing urgent medical consultation can call 315.443.8000 for free, confidential, 24-hour support.⁠

As of the evening of Friday, June 5, the Barnes Center is closed to allow for unanticipated fire alarm system maintenance. ⁠Updates on future access will be shared as they become available.

Demonstrate your solidarity and allyship in the fight to end sexual and relationship violence this April by joining the Teal Ribbon Campaign! ⁠

Offices, departments and student organizations interested in participating should place an order for a teal ribbon kit to the Barnes Center by Wednesday, April 1. Orders submitted following April 1 may be accepted on a rolling basis. Paper ribbons and support flyers should be displayed in a visible space associated with the individuals who requested the kit. Displays are encouraged April 1-30.⁠
