Stephanie started her nursing career in our ED Academy and has since grown into a leadership role while continuing her nursing education.

Our ED Academy is a specialized training program designed to prepare new graduates and experienced RNs for nursing in the emergency department. Throughout the program, nurses build clinical skills and confidence while learning alongside a supportive team. And the learning doesn’t stop there!

In 2025, our Spiritual Care team reached more than 35,000 patients, family members and staff across all departments of Crouse Hospital as well as through group sessions at Commonwealth and coverage for inpatient and outpatient Addiction Services. Every day, they take time to listen, offer comfort and support patients, families and staff through difficult moments.

Please join us in welcoming Navpriya Oberoi, MD, FACOG, URPS, to Crouse Medical Practice!

Dr. Oberoi has been caring for women in Central New York for more than a decade, with expertise in pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Beginning October 30, Dr. Oberoi will lead CMP Urogynecology. Dr. Oberoi and her team will continue seeing patients at 5844 Widewaters Parkway in East Syracuse.
