We were honored to showcase our residents as "The American Heroes Next Door" and celebrate the people who helped build our community. Thank you to everyone who cheered, waved, and supported our residents along the parade route.

⚾ We gave Stef a marker & tape and somehow lost an entire hallway wall. 😆

She's officially taken over a wall at Tabor Manor to create a giant College World Series bracket for residents to follow throughout the tournament.

Stop by, make your picks, and cheer on your team. Let the bracket battles begin! 🏆⚾

🎩🌸🐇 Our final day of *A Week in Wonderland* at Tabor Manor Care Center was the perfect ending to an unforgettable National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration! 🐇🌸🎩

Today began with Tea Party Bingo filled with laughter, prizes, and plenty of Wonderland fun 🫖♣️♥️ We then wrapped up the week with an *Unbirthday Party Cookout* — because in Wonderland, every day is worth celebrating! 🎉🍔🌭

Throughout the week, our residents and staff created so many wonderful memories together through games, music, treats, laughter, and creativity. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this *Week in Wonderland* so special. ❤️

And the fun isn’t over yet… 👀🎩
Next week we will officially announce the winner of our *Mad Hatter Hat Decorating Contest*! Stay tuned to see which creative masterpiece takes the crown 🌷✨

🌹♠️☕ Day 4 of *A Week in Wonderland* at Tabor Manor Care Center was filled with music, treats, and a touch of elegance straight from the Mad Hatter’s tea party! ☕♠️🌹

This morning, our amazing staff were treated to delicious donuts from Donut Stop and coffee from Tabor Brew House as a small thank you for all they do each day ❤️🍩☕

Residents spent part of the day enjoying a whimsical piano performance from our special musical guest, filling the halls with beautiful music and smiles 🎹🎶✨

The afternoon featured one of our favorite Wonderland-inspired events yet — a Tea & Cheese Tasting! 🫖🧀 Residents sampled a variety of unique cheeses, including selections that traveled all the way from Oregon, while enjoying tea and conversation together.

Today’s colors were red and black, and everyone looked wonderfully Wonderland-ready throughout the day ♥️♣️🖤

Another magical day of laughter, music, friendship, and moments in bloom during our *Week in Wonderland*! 🌸🎩

🌸🎪🐇 Day 3 of A Week in Wonderland at Tabor Manor Care Center was one for the storybooks! 🐇🎪🌸

Today we transformed Wonderland into a carnival full of laughter, games, and sweet treats! Residents and staff tested their skills with activities like Building a House of Cards, Rabbit Ear Ring Toss, and Sugar Cube Toss ♣️🎩🍬

Of course, no carnival is complete without snacks! Everyone enjoyed cotton candy, popcorn, candy, and soda throughout the festivities 🍿🍭🥤

The highlight of the day was definitely the chance to Pie the Administrator and DON in the face! 😂🥧 The room was filled with nonstop laughter, smiles, and memories we will not soon forget.

Staff also joined in on the fun with Mismatch Day, showing off some wonderfully wild outfit combinations straight out of Wonderland 👕🧦🎭 To keep the celebration going, staff enjoyed pizza for lunch 🍕❤️

National Skilled Nursing Care Week

🌸🐇✨ Day 2 of "A Week in Wonderland" at Tabor Manor Care Center was full of blooming fun and a little Wonderland mischief! ✨🐇🌸

Today our residents enjoyed flower planting with Alycne, adding even more beauty and color to our week of celebration 🌷🪴 We also had a blast with our piñata activity — filled with laughter, surprises, and sweet treats fit for Wonderland! 🍬🎉

It was also Twin Day, and the halls were filled with some very unique (and hilarious!) pairings. 👯‍♀️ From matching outfits to unexpected twins, everyone had so much fun showing off their creative combinations.

To top it all off, our hardworking staff enjoyed Chinese for lunch as a small thank you for everything they do each and every day ❤️🥡

National Skilled Nursing Care Week

🌸🐇✨ Welcome to A Week in Wonderland at Tabor Manor Care Center! ✨🐇🌸

Today marked the first day of our National Skilled Nursing Care Week celebration with our own Alice in Wonderland twist on this year’s theme, Moments in Bloom! 🌷🎩

Residents spent the day enjoying Jeopardy with snacks, giant croquet fit for the Queen of Hearts, and a cozy movie with popcorn to end the afternoon 🍿♣️♥️

We also kicked off our Hat Decorating Contest, and the creativity blooming around the facility is absolutely Wonderland-worthy! 🎩🌸 The winning hat will be announced Friday, so stay tuned throughout the week to see all the fun unfold.

From laughter and games to sweet treats and special memories, today was the perfect start to our Week in Wonderland! 💜🫖♠️
