Tabor Manor Care Center is a unique family-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Tabor, Iowa. We are proud to have been serving our community for nearly 40 years. We provide our residents with a homelike environment, good care, and rehabilitation. Our own loved ones are here at the healthcare facility, so we give everyone the kind of care we want our own family to experience. The moment you come through the front door, you’ll feel comfortable with our welcoming staff. You’ll discover an atmosphere of caring from the lovely interiors to the friendly residents and staff. This warm hospitality is the tradition upon which our reputation was built. Moving into a new environment can be both exciting and unsettling. Here at Tabor Manor, our team of professionals are available to assist you during your transition. You family’s quality of life and peace of mind are important to us. While some residents want solitude and reflection, others desire companionship and a desire to be as active as possible. Our residents have become official ghost hunters! 🔎👻 Throughout October, they’ll be exploring the Manor, searching for hidden ghosts, and keeping track of their spooky discoveries!

With special staff ghosts to find and fun prizes up for grabs, our residents are in for a SPOOK-tacular adventure!

Two towns, two themes, one busy Friday! 🎉🏡

Our residents divided & conquered, hitting Tabor AND Malvern’s Homecoming parades! ❤️

🎮 Malvern took us back in time with their “Video Games” theme, so naturally we hit the Oregon Trail—because “On the Tabor Trail, adventure has no age limit!” 🐂🏕️

⚾🇺🇸 Then it was off to Tabor for “An American Homecoming,” where we proudly reminded everyone that “Nothing is more American than rooting for the home team!”

A full day of hometown fun, school spirit, and some pretty awesome residents! ❤️🤍💙

🍂 What an eventful couple of days at the Manor! 🍂

We’ve been busy getting ready for Homecoming by decorating pictures for our float. We then enjoyed some live music, and officially kicked off one of our favorite seasons—FALL! 🍁🎶

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful hayrack ride around town, followed by a bonfire complete with s’mores, hot chocolate, and apple c***r. 🔥☕🍎 There’s just something special about crisp fall air, good music, sweet treats, and even better company!

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing team for once again coming together and pulling off another fun event for our residents. ❤️ We sure know how to make some great memories around here!
