-New holders on the wall will have varying activities and soon a brief newsletter every season with ideas, tips, tricks, and updates!

We are on day two of February, and if you are looking for a great way to have a bit of fun around Valentine's Day with a kiddo, consider door hearts! This is a fun activity where a parent (or parental figure) puts a heart on the bedroom door of the child every day. The heart has something that is amazing about the child. Do it for the 1st-14th, or all month long!

With chairs having been put in today, the office space is coming together. I am excited to offer in person sessions within a week or so! Reach out if you are interested. Evenings and Saturday in person or virtual appointments available.

Office space for in person sessions is being put together. By the end of October (hopefully sooner), in person sessions should be an option for those who wish to have therapy in that setting. Virtual will remain an option.

Accepting First Choice, Premera, Regence, Coordinated Care, WA State Molina, and WA State United insurance. All other clients get a superbill to submit to their insurance if they choose.

Appointments available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

In person or telehealth available Clients may be anywhere within the state of Washington.

Available for children, teens, and adults.
