This 67yo woman came to us with 10 year old silicone implants approx 280cc in volume below the muscle and breast ptosis. She wanted to replace her old implants with newer Motiva Ergonomix SmoothSilk Progressive Gel Implants, 340cc above the muscle and have a lift to bring youthfulness back to her breasts. Using an anchor technique to give the most comprehensive reshaping, we achieved a fantastic, long-lasting result she is very happy with. Pictured at 3 months post-op in her “after” photos, her scarring is still healing, aided by the use of a silicone topical ointment, like Biocorneum to help lighten and thin it over time. By one year post-op, her scarring should be very fine and difficult to see at first glance, and completely well hidden in almost any bathing suit top or bra.
