I am working on talking about the meat and potatoes of what I like most about my profession so that I can become more concise when explaining it;

Helping people feel safe in their bodies so that their healing process can begin.

First you feel safe with me - then I want people to carry that into their relationships with themselves.

❤️

As a reminder, my fb business page is not a way to contact me - it was connected to my old fb account that got hacked, and I cannot receive messages or close it out ✌️

Hello, my name is Catalyst, and I'm a Body-witch.
What does that mean?
I connect with your body in intuitive ways, to offer spaces for it to heal naturally.

This isn't your "run of the mill massage" sessions - I take extra special care to listen to the different subtleties that lie within your physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Each session comes with integrated and custom energy work, in which I ask what my clients might need help cultivating in their life.

I pick a corresponding treatment style, essential oils that will help facilitate the desired experience and move from one section of the body to the next only when the body tells me it is ready.

Due to the nature of this work, sessions tend to run between 90 minutes and two hours.

I get the added bonus of often offering suggestions for personal development, meditation styles, practices or prompts and I have some products that are meant to help your body, mind and spirit integrate the work we have done together. These range from bath salts, scrubs and herbal bath blends to sacred altar or ritual items.

If you are interested in any of these practices, appointments or products please don't hesitate to contact me. Booking can also be done through the link in my bio.

Thanks for the interest, looks, and feedback. It is very much appreciated.
Have a great day!

𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓰𝓻𝓽𝓮 ∙ 𝓘𝓷𝓽𝓾𝓲𝓽 ∙ 𝓘𝓷𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓪𝓽𝓮

This beauty was a custom piece that was ordered by a special human because they loved my all white personal mala for awakening my intuition and initiating myself into my witchy ways.

I kept that thought pattern while creating something unique with some extra stones. I want to encourage intuitive gifts, initiation into the more metaphysical world and integration of lessons learned. There was also the desire for deep and personal prosperity, so I added some frosted white jade to break up the shiny and bring in more matte tones.

Stones used:
Opalite
White Jade
Snow Quartz
Bone

I am so thankful that I am my own boss - which I never thought I wanted.

In fact, I distinctly remember going through massage school, having to take business classes and thinking “this is completely irrelevant to me - I never want to run my own business.”

But here’s the truth of why I love being my own boss:

You may not find another person who cares as deeply as I do about the people on my table (I know several, but I’m surrounded by talented body workers).

You might not know another witchy woman who will talk to you about how much power you have within you (I do, because that is something that changed my life).

You might not find another practitioner who infused their base oils with herbs for a moon cycle. Who thinks of spa treatments as ways to connect with the inner divine realm.

Or someone who blesses themselves, you and the room for each session; who calls in our angels, ancestors, guides, spirits, entities and energies who are there for the highest good, benefit of all and harm to none during a session.

These are the ways in which I care and invest in my career; I pay coaches and therapists to help guide me to my best/highest/most actualized self so that I can deliver the most potent healing sessions.

I dress in what expresses me that day.
I am tattooed.
I swear casually.
I do not lie about where I am at, and never want you to hide exactly how you are the moment you walk into our shared healing space of the Loving Well.

I talk about the energies that are present in the world around us.

I offer suggestions in ways to connect with your truth, intuition, sacred spaces - not because I think you should, but because I found them helpful in my own journey. I know many ways of connecting, even practices that don’t resonate with me, but I’ll suggest anything if I’ve seen the results firsthand with my community (and I have a large community of intuitive people).

These are reasons people book with me.
I may not “fix” your problem, but I encourage you to find what does work for you and go for it so that you can be happy and comfortable in 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺.

If you let me treat it, I would be honored.

There are people in this world you will meet

And you will think

How can I be like that?

Make sure you surround yourself with people you aspire to be like

And people who remind you of where you once were - preferably ones who are also working to elevate themselves.

Sometimes we fall off the wagon and dive back into unhealthy habits

Hey, we are human

But when you find people who light the fire underneath you and keep pushing you into a greater version of you that 𝒚𝒐𝒖 want to see as well?

Those are the keepers.
Be a keeper.
Push yourself to be better.
Accept where you are.
Remember where you came from.

And always: be kind.

People often ask when they *should* come back for another massage session.

I hope this gives you some more insight into how I structure my sessions to address certain problems.

I am not a "treatment oriented" type practitioner.
I do know how to address issues, but prefer a more holistic approach. That being said, I have been trained to rip people apart and put them back together - however that is a specific style that requires a lot of communication and adjustments to your personal life (through me).

If you're looking to get specific physical problems addressed, it is always easiest to schedule 3 consecutive weeks to see lasting resluts.

Maintenance is easier, and once a month should get you by.

I also have a variety or services to help with specific issues, and I'm working on getting info out about them and then adding them to my calendar for booking.

Let me know what you guys think of these slides and anything else you might want to know about. ❤️🙇‍♀️

I'm 𝑡𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 that witch.

I woke up from falling asleep to put my jars of oil outside.

I woke up this morning before the light, so I could snag them back inside before the morning rays touched them.

Oils, charged by the full moon; that infuse for one moon cycle in herbs.
This time around we have:
𝕐𝕒𝕣𝕣𝕠𝕨
ℍ𝕠𝕣𝕖𝕙𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕
ℂ𝕒𝕝𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕦𝕝𝕒

I 𝐿𝑂𝑉𝐸 being this person.
There is a reason I do what I do - if you need something different, by all means, go find it.
I am here for the ones who 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 what I have to offer specifically.

I have crystals.
I ritualize my practices.
I ritualize life.
I embrace what makes me different. ❤️

~ℍ𝕖𝕣𝕓𝕒𝕝 𝕎𝕣𝕒𝕡𝕤~

I am a HUGE fan of herbal bath blends and this treatment is actually what they were inspired by - so come check out the original approach, and add an energy session on top of it all to really drive home some of the benefits.

I’ve been asking the universe to guide me into easy ways to practice my intuitive gifts and this style of bodywork just slapped me in the face!

Let me pamper you in a way you have rarely let yourself receive.

Get wrapped in tea soaked linens and get comfy while you sit in meditation for 20 minutes or more.
This treatment is 90min.
This treatment can be modified to only include specific areas if specified PRIOR to the session.

This is now available for booking with the link in my bio.

Happy herb-ing!

More time and space than you know what to do with these days?

Why not invest in yourself?
I'm not here to sell coaching to you, I just want to share some reasons why I have found personal development to be so important.

By all means, look at as many resources as possible - talk to a bunch of different guides to help understand what you need and why YOU need THEIR help. What do THEY provide YOU that no one else can?

Through my experiences with different coaches and their unique ways of approaching the world, I have come to understand more about myself in ways I wasn't sure how to tap into.
I am coming to a deeper understanding of my own trauma responses and how they have shaped my personality.
I am understanding why the overwhelm hits me so hard when it comes to sharing my business or my life's mission.
I have more than enough tools to help me reflect on my reactions and respond in a much healthier way - I give myself enough time to process through any given stressful situation and respond accordingly, when I know I'm ready.
And I feel good about how I'm going through it.

Do you want part of that?
To feel good about who you are and what you're doing?
Do you want to at least start thinking about what it was you were meant to do in this life?
Do you want to start understanding how you can take some semblance of control in your surroundings and maybe experience just a little bit of
𝓙𝓞𝓨 or 𝓑𝓛𝓘𝓢𝓢 from within yourself?

You have everything it takes to start living the life you feel good about - and I’ve got loads of tips and tricks to help you get there.

I’m not here to sell you on anything, just offer up my services as a conduit for the awakening of your own internal states.
It won’t be clean cut.
It won’t be all rainbows and sunshine.
But I do fundamentally believe
𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚍𝚎𝚎𝚙𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚂𝙾𝚁𝚁𝙾𝚆
𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚖𝚘𝚛𝚎 𝙴𝚇𝙿𝙰𝙽𝚂𝙸𝚅𝙴 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙱𝙻𝙸𝚂𝚂.

You have it within you.
Let’s bring it out.

DM me to schedule a free 30min call to see how I can best support you in this time.

Quiet reflections.
🙏
Altar creation to keep my mind centered.
🧘‍♀️
Nothing external will disrupt my inner peace.
✨
Practice gratitude daily.
Cast your spells.
Light your candles.
Look inward before acting outwards.
Bring peace to yourself, for no one else can bring it to you.
I'm working on my future by staying present.
How are you making it through?
Altar creation, self-care rituals, personal oils, herbal bath mixes, bath salts, face and body scrubs, meditation techniques, guided self-massage; you name it, we can do it together.
