Late Night Healing Hits Different ✨ The weekend is here, and that means Late-night sessions are open until 11PM because sometimes your spirit needs a little extra care after the world quiets down, when the energy is softer, when the vibe is deeper. The room is dim, candles are lit, and it just feels safe to exhale. Whether you’re doing inner child work, releasing stuck energy, or just need someone to hold space, I’ve got you. Book your session between 7PM–11PM. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

Imagine your body softening, your breath deepening, your mind finally quieting, and all it took was a gentle touch or sometimes, no touch at all. Just energy.

That’s Reiki.

It’s the art of energetic healing. With light touch or even just a hover of the hands, your body responds releasing tension, restoring balance, and activating its natural ability to heal.

No pressure. No force. Just flow and your body remembering what it means to feel safe again.

Signs Your Nervous System Is in Survival Mode And You Don’t Even Know It :

1. You’re always tired, even after rest.
Your body isn’t lazy, it’s running on empty from always being “on guard.”

2. You overthink everything.
It’s not indecisiveness, it’s your brain trying to protect you from making the “wrong” move.

3. You feel disconnected from your body.
You’re floating, numb, zoning out / disassociating, because being present doesn’t always feel safe whether it’s physicallly, mentally, or emotionally.

4. You flinch at loud noises or quick movement.
Startle responses and sensitivity are signs your system is stuck in a high alert state.

5. You feel guilty for resting.
Because somewhere along the line, you were taught that survival = productivity or worth.

This is nervous system dysregulation and the wild part? You’ve probably normalized it.
You’ve learned to live inside the symptoms without knowing they weren’t supposed to be your “normal.”

But there’s another way.

At Quartz Nirvana, we work with the body to gently guide you back to safety through somatic healing, nervous system support, and REAL rest. Not just emotionally. Physically.

If this hit home, your healing isn’t just possible, it’s waiting.

Book a session today.
Your body will thank you.
