Well, today is cause for celebration! 🍾🍾 1 year ago today we opened the clinic for business. That day we saw one patient. We came a LONG way since then. Once our little team fully came together we really started doing awesome things. We are so grateful for the patients who trusted us and for our staff who create the therapeutic environment where everyone can thrive. We have great outcomes and we have a ton of fun helping people achieve those outcomes. 🥳🥳🥳 Happy One Year Announcement and here’s to the start of year 2!!!

The graphics from this morning on our outcomes are even more dramatic than yesterday’s.

Superior outcomes are driven by consistent rehabilitative therapy by patients (and their PTs) and expert application of innovative treatments, done in concert. That is what we do. 🥳

In December 2025 we partnered with DataBiologics to track outcomes for our treatments against the registry of 196 clinics nationally. We have accumulated enough patient-driven data to report this exciting news about our efficacy at 3 months post-treatment (all combined):

✅ 93% report ANY functional improvement (registry avg 75%)
✅ 89% report SIGNIFICANT improvement (registry avg 63%)
✅ 76% report pain reduction (registry avg 66%)
✅ 49% aggregate reduction in pain reported (registry avg 24%)
✅ 36% increase in desired functionality

We attribute our success to the skill of our staff applying these innovative technologies and the therapeutic environment we maintain where everyone can thrive, patients and staff alike. We now have data to demonstrate how powerful that combination is. 🥳 3 more months until we can report our 6 month outcomes.

Update #3/3: We are thrilled to announce that we joined with DataBiologics, a national registry and outcomes data service to help us track real-time outcomes for our patients across our entire treatment portfolio. 🥳

This effort allows us to 1) provide the BEST, data-informed treatment recommendations using real-world, real-time information 📈, 2) be accountable to our patients and ourselves 🤝, and 3) responsibly contribute to innovation and performance improvement in the field of orthobiologic and regenerative medicine💉.

We plan to add more procedures in 2026, so keep an eye out for our next updates!

Update #2/3: We upgraded and rounded out our shockwave portfolio with the addition of STORZ MEDICAL AG Magnetolith Ultra (left in image). This is extracorporeal magnetotransduction therapy (EMTT) 🧲, using electromagnetic fields working at a cellular level to accelerate healing and reduce pain. EMTT complements shockwave treatments for arthritis, fracture healing🦴, postoperative healing, and acute injuries 🤕. It also augments treatments for neck and low back pain. There is little to no discomfort with EMTT and patients can be treated through clothing. We can’t wait to see how our patients beat the odds with these together!

I absolutely love feeling like a bigger part of this community. Grateful for NTMSK’s right hand man, Dalton, who joined in support this morning at the Tacoma Turkey Trot. Thankful for Proctor MD Personal Primary Medical Care for giving us the space and support. Thankful to be part of these events. Lastly, I am so grateful for the patients who entrusted us with their care these past six months that keep us growing!

6 months ago today the decision to open a direct specialty care clinic focusing on non-surgical MSK disorders was solidified. From inception to opening was 2 months and today we have been open for 4 months. That happened only with the support and encouragement of friends and community members who believed in the vision and in me. So far we have created a winning combination that is bringing value and good outcomes to patients. We are growing at a great pace and are having so much fun partnering with primary care and local physical therapy clinics to make the best experiences for patients (and us!). Happy staff; happy doctor; most importantly, happy patients with positive outcomes. Thanks, everyone! Here’s to the next 6 months!
