Good morning!

🍂✨ Blessed Equinox ✨🍂

Today, light and darkness meet at the threshold.
Neither one greater.
Neither one rejected.
Both sacred.
Both necessary.

The Equinox reminds us that wholeness is not found by living only in the light, but by honoring every part of the journey. The joy and the grief. The becoming and the releasing. The harvest and the empty field.

Today I honor what has grown within me.
I give thanks for what has carried me this far.
And I lovingly return to the Earth what I am no longer meant to carry.

May Spirit help us recognize what is ready to be harvested and give us courage to release what has completed its season.

May we walk into this next cycle grounded like the Earth, open to the heavens, and willing to trust the sacred rhythm of our own becoming.

To the Earth beneath us,
the heavens above us,
the ancestors behind us,
and the Spirit within us…

👐 Why do we work the thumb to release the chest & shoulder?

Your body is beautifully interconnected. Sometimes, the area that feels tight or restricted isn’t the only place that needs attention.

Working through the thumb and hand can help create changes that are felt all the way into the chest, shoulder, and surrounding tissues. This is one of the reasons massage therapy is so much more than simply “rubbing where it hurts.”

Everything we had at NY Joe’s Italian Restaurant was outstanding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was wonderful, too! We had the Chicken Parmesan, the kiddos had Spaghetti and Shrimp Alfredo (definitely kid-approved! 👏🏼), and a personal cheese pizza. 🍕 Hubs went with the Chef’s Special—chef’s choice, and it did NOT disappoint! 👌🏼

This June, I’ll be dedicating time to continuing education in nursing, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, Reiki, and other advanced wellness modalities. As a result, appointment availability will be more limited than usual throughout the month.

This investment in learning allows me to bring new techniques, deeper healing opportunities, and enhanced wellness experiences to the office. After all, what good is continuing education if it doesn’t translate into better care and more meaningful results for my clients?

Why learn if we don’t grow together? ✨
