✨ 50 five-star Google reviews! ✨

This may not seem like a huge number to some, but to me it's a reminder of 50 families who trusted me with their care. That means so much.

When I opened Nurture Chiropractic Company, my hope was to create a place where families felt heard, cared for, and supported through pregnancy, postpartum, newborn life, childhood, and beyond. Every review reminds me that we're building exactly that.

If you've been part of the Nurture family, thank you. Your trust means more than you know.

And if you've ever had a great experience at Nurture but haven't had a chance to leave a Google review, I'd be so grateful if you would. See the link in the comments. Your words help other families feel confident taking that first step and they truly make a difference for a small local business.

Thank you for helping Nurture grow.

I was scrolling through old photos and came across this sweet picture of me adjusting a 4-month-old... six years ago. 🤍

That same little boy was just in my office this week.

He's 6 now.

His family was one of the very first families I had the privilege of caring for at Nurture, and they've continued to trust me through every stage—even following me from Fayetteville to Tahlequah.

Moments like this remind me that what I do is about so much more than an adjustment.

It's about building relationships, celebrating milestones, watching babies become big kids, and having the incredible privilege of walking alongside families as they grow.

To every family who has trusted me with your pregnancy, your newborn, your toddler, or your growing child—thank you.

Being a small part of your story is one of the greatest blessings of mine. 🤍

I have two mom-and-baby visits on my schedule this afternoon, and I can't wait. 🤍

One thing I've noticed is that during pregnancy, moms are often so intentional about taking care of themselves. They come in consistently, ask great questions, and do everything they can to prepare for birth.

Then baby arrives.

Suddenly, every ounce of energy goes into caring for this tiny new person, and Mom quietly moves to the bottom of the list.

But you still matter.

Your body has been through an incredible transformation. Whether you're recovering from birth, spending hours feeding your baby, or carrying a little one who suddenly feels much heavier than they did last week, you deserve support too.

That's why when you've been under care with me during your pregnancy, your first postpartum adjustment is my gift to you.

Because while your baby may come first most days, taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's part of taking care of your family.

You deserve to feel your best in this new season of motherhood. 🤍

Let's talk about pelvic pain. 🤍

If you've ever felt pain in your p***c bone, hips, tailbone, or deep in your pelvis during pregnancy, you're not alone.

And if you're postpartum and still feeling it months later, that's not something you should have to just accept either.

During pregnancy, your body is constantly adapting to a growing baby. As your center of gravity shifts and your ligaments become more relaxed, it can be harder for your pelvis to move and function comfortably.

After delivery, many moms expect the pain to magically disappear. But pregnancy, birth, feeding positions, carrying a baby, and lack of sleep can all continue to place stress on the pelvis and surrounding muscles.

I hear it all the time:

💭 "I thought it would go away after birth."
💭 "Everyone told me it was normal."
💭 "I figured it was just part of being a mom."

Pain may be common, but that doesn't mean it's something you have to live with.

Whether you're preparing for birth or recovering from it, your body deserves support.

This is exactly why I love what I do.

When this mama first came to see me, baby was breech and she was looking for support as she prepared for birth.

Through gentle chiropractic care focused on pelvic balance and nervous system support, we worked to help her body function at its best and create more space for baby to move.

And then I received this message. ✨

There is nothing sweeter than watching a mom walk into birth feeling supported, confident, and connected to her body.

Every birth story is different, and no outcome is ever guaranteed — but I will never stop being grateful to play a small role in these journeys.

Welcome to the world, sweet boy. 🤍

Most people are surprised the first time they see an infant adjustment.

No twisting.
No forceful movements.
No “cracking.”

Just gentle, specific support for a tiny nervous system that has already been through so much in just a few days of life.

This sweet baby is only 4 days old. Whether birth was fast, long, assisted, or perfectly uncomplicated, babies can still carry tension that affects comfort, feeding, sleep, and regulation.

Infant chiropractic care is always adapted to a baby’s size, stage of development, and needs — calm, gentle, and led by their nervous system.

Tiny bodies deserve gentle care.

This week has felt like… lower back pain week.

Monday morning was back-to-back women, all saying some version of the same thing:

“I was just organizing closets.”
“I was just switching the laundry.”
“I was just doing my job.”

Nothing extreme.
Nothing out of the ordinary.

Just the everyday things moms, wives, and caregivers do without a second thought.

And yet — pain showed up anyway.

We give so much of ourselves to everyone else. The last thing you need is lower back pain adding to your mental load, slowing you down, or making simple tasks feel overwhelming.

Pain might be common… but it’s not something you have to just push through.

You deserve to move through your day feeling supported, not limited. 🤍

I hung new photos in the office this week… and had a moment.

“Wow, this is a lot of babies.” 🤍

For a second I wondered if it was too much.

But then I thought - if I were a mom walking in for the first time, holding my tiny baby, maybe feeling a little unsure… what would I want to see?

I’d want to know I was in the right place.
I’d want to feel that this isn’t new here.
That babies are known, understood, and cared for often.

So I’m leaving them.

Because this is what Nurture is.
A space filled with little ones.
A place where moms can walk in and feel their baby is in experienced, gentle hands.

And don’t worry - a few of my very favorite Fayetteville babies still made the wall too. 🤍

Every photo tells a story I’m so grateful to be a small part of.
