I’m the person who had support but never felt supported. Was loved, but never felt seen or heard. Woke up, but felt like no one listened. Hence why this page exists. A friend asked me genuinely how I was doing yesterday and repeatedly. I froze. I realized I didn’t know. After thinking about it I feel OK right now, but it definitely unlocked something…
Looking OK and being OK are so far from the same thing😭😭😭
