Had to go practice what I preach for a little while 😂✨

I took some time to heal my own body, slow down, reconnect with myself, and actually enjoy life outside of constantly pouring into everyone else.

During that time, I also gained clarity on the direction of Sacred Embrace. Moving forward, Sacred Embrace will be focused strictly on massage therapy, and skincare services. End-of-life care (death doula) work will no longer be part of the business. It’s not going anywhere tho, more details coming soon 🤍

I’m back refreshed, grounded, and excited for this next chapter. Thank y’all for the love, patience, and continued support while I figured it all out.

Well we're half way through June and I thought why not drop another blog. I just want to share why I created Sacred Embrace what it means to me. I get sentimental because this is more than a massage business to me, it is a space I wish I had during different times in my life. I chose to create from pain rather than destroy and this space was created. My heart and souls is poured into every offering, post and connection. There are so many people who need a safe space to take their armor off or just a little encouragement either way this space is here.

In addition to traditional massage I chose very specific genres of massage therapy to focus on such as oncology (cancer) and grief( bereavement) and palliative (hospice). They are far from mainstream but very much needed.

Today I stopped by the three main cancer centers in town to pass out my cards. Patients have no idea they can receive these services during and after treatment. If you know anyone who may need those services send them my way. Or if you know other places I could visit drop it here.
