🎲🃏 Game Room Fun! 🎯🎉

A afternoo filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of smiles as we turned our community into a Game Room Adventure! Residents traveled from station to station enjoying a variety of favorite games, testing their skills, sharing stories, and cheering one another on.

From classic favorites to exciting challenges, every game brought opportunities for social connection, cognitive stimulation, and lots of fun. The best part wasn’t who won—it was spending time together and creating joyful memories along the way.

We enjoyed garlic and herb butter sautéed shrimp served over creamy Parmesan risotto, paired with tender green beans and savory mushrooms.

Honey Oat Breakfast Cookies 🍯🌾

Wholesome, lightly sweet, and wonderfully satisfying. These breakfast cookies are easy to make together and perfect for a slow summer morning. Oats support heart health and provide sustained energy, making this a nourishing activity and treat all in one. ✨

Ingredients
🌾 2 cups rolled oats
🍌 2 ripe bananas, mashed
🍯 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
🧈 3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 1/2 tsp cinnamon
🧂 Pinch of salt
🫐 1/2 cup blueberries or raisins (optional)
🌰 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions
✅ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet
✅ Mash bananas well in a large bowl
✅ Stir in honey, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt
✅ Fold in oats until fully combined
✅ Gently mix in blueberries and nuts if using
✅ Scoop rounded tablespoons of mixture onto the baking sheet
✅ Flatten each gently with the back of a spoon
✅ Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden at the edges
✅ Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving
