A Time To Change Counseling Center, P. A.

A Time To Change Counseling Center, P. A. A local family-owned therapy and counseling center with offices in Crawfordville and Tallahassee. A Time To Change Counseling Center, P.A.

is an outpatient counseling practice located in the heart of Wakulla County. We have served the residents of Crawfordville and the surrounding areas for a number of years and all of the therapists and staff are local residents. We are dedicated to providing quality, professional and confidential care for all populations located in Wakulla, Franklin, and Leon Counties. We recognize things happen in

life that are unexpected, unmanageable, and overwhelming. Often times our day-to-day stressors exacerbate how we feel, how we respond to others, and our ability to take care of ourselves. A Time to Change Counseling Center, P.A. has been in the Wakulla County community since 2004. The practice, which originally was located just south of the Wakulla County Courthouse, is now located on the north end of Crawfordville in a building shared with Southeast Eye Specialist and the National Alliance on Mental Illness. We have been located at this current location since the end of 2008 due to the need for more space to better serve the residents of Wakulla, Franklin, and Leon Counties. We have a wide range of specialties to better serve those needing services. Visit our staff page to get a more in-depth look at each of the therapists and our office representatives.

A little creativity, a little conversation, and a whole lot of lavender! 🎨 Our Paint & Sip was the perfect evening spent painting beautiful lavender fields, sipping something delicious, and enjoying time together. 🌿🍷

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun night! We’re also incredibly grateful for our Sunshine Committee, who put so much heart, creativity, and effort into making evenings like this possible. We’re so lucky to have such a wonderful team here at A Time To Change! 💜✨

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and we are highlighting men's mental health. It is estimated that 20% of American adult men experience mental illness, but fewer than half receive treatment. We want to remind you that it is okay to not be okay, and there is strength in asking for help. 💙
