Small Tabs. Big Impact. 💙

For many years, our practice has been proud to support Ronald McDonald House by collecting and donating pop tabs to help offset the cost of utilities at the House.

While a pop tab may seem like a small thing, together, those little tabs can make a big difference. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home to families whose children are receiving medical care in our area -- giving families a place to stay close to their loved ones when they need it most.

Thank you to our staff for their dedication in collecting pop tabs and a BIG thank you to Emilee in our business office who organizes our collection efforts. Our Practice Administrator proudly delivered our tabs this week and shared this photo.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this wonderful organization and play a small part in supporting the families they serve.

Our offices will be closed on Friday, July 3rd to observe the Independence Day holiday with family and friends. We extend our best wishes for a safe and festive July 4th weekend. We will return to regular operations on Monday, July 6th.

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating an incredible milestone— Dr. Gilleon’s 35 anniversary with Tallahassee ENT!

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Gilleon on this remarkable anniversary. Thank you, Dr. Gilleon, for your leadership, your compassion, and the countless lives you've touched over the past 35 years. We are truly grateful to have you as part of the TENT family.

No celebration of Dr. Gilleon would be complete without recognizing one of his well-known favorites—Cheerios! Over the years, his love for Cheerios has become one of his signature trademarks and a fun reminder that it's often the little things that make someone memorable.

To celebrate Dr. Gilleon and this special milestone, we set up a cereal bar in the staff lounge at both offices for everyone to enjoy.

Last week, we had the honor of celebrating Julie Bowman as she begins a new chapter in life—retirement—after more than 25 years of dedicated service to TENT.

Julie has been at TENT for more than half of our 40-year history. Throughout the years, she has touched the lives of countless patients, families, and coworkers, and has played an integral role in mentoring many young people as they began their careers in the medical field.

To honor her remarkable career, we gathered for a garden-themed luncheon centered around the theme, “A New Chapter Begins.” It was a fitting tribute to someone whose kindness, compassion, and dedication have left a lasting impression on our practice and on everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside her.

Julie, thank you for the many ways you have served our patients, supported your colleagues, and strengthened our organization over the past 25+ years. While you will be greatly missed, we are excited for all that lies ahead for you.

On Friday we took time out of the office to enjoy games, food, and good company in celebration of 40 years of practice!

This honor belongs to our extraordinary physicians and staff, as well as every patient who has trusted us with their care these past four decades.

This week our audiologists Rachel Lynch, Au.D. and Lucy Donald, Au.D. are in San Antonio at the American Academy of Audiology conference learning about the latest developments in audiology and hearing healthcare. Keeping staff up to date on the latest research and technology is one of our top priorities.
