So excited about my latest business purchase! I have been wanting this since I started the business in January. I wanted to make sure that I would have the appropriate clientele for this and I definitely do. It works best for the calves and 90% of my client have calve issues. They make a 100lb version but I got the 50lb one because I’ll be the one lifting it all day 🤣

Trust me, this will feel so much better than my elbow 🤓

Receiving tips is awesome (thank you so much to my clients who do tip. It is noticed and very appreciated!) but receiving thoughtful gifts makes my heart go pitter patter 🥺 I have a tropical smoothie next to my office and frequent it often for lunch. My gift card started getting used immediately. I’m so thankful for my amazing clients.

This posture can lead to joint pain (neck, back, and even your thumbs) AND nerve issues (I’m seeing a ton of carpal tunnel)

I hate to say it but if you have a session every three to six months and don’t work on anything at home, what I do won’t really benefit you. You’ll have one painful session and that will be all you get out of it 🙄💁🏻‍♀️
