For a long time I thought I had a focus problem. Turns out I just had too much in my head and no system to keep it safe for me.
Once I started getting it all out — the tasks, the mental to-do list, the 2am “don’t forget” thoughts — my focus sharpened.
Our brains are not storage units, they’re thinking and creative machines, and we need to give it the space to do that.
Here’s my system:
→ empty your head first
→ choose 3 things, not 30
→ batch the little stuff
→ build one real focus block
→ close the loops at night
