Tai Chi is still one of our favorite ways to kick off the week and keep it going strong! Every Monday and Thursday, our residents come together to stretch, move, and flow through Tai Chi.
This relaxing activity helps with balance, flexibility, and strength, all while bringing a sense of calm and connection to the day. Itโs the perfect mix of wellness, fun, and friendship, and our residents always enjoy moving together as a Sodalis family. We canโt wait for our next session! ๐
