Stop the fireworks at Busch Gardens

Every time fireworks go off at Busch Gardens, our senior dog trembles with fear. He's not alone.

Countless pet owners across Tampa Bay watch their beloved animals suffer from the stress and noise. But this isn't just about our pets. Wildlife in the area abandons their nests and dens when the loud blasts hit, separating families and causing real harm to animals that have nowhere to hide.

Fireworks are a tradition, but they don't have to cause this kind of pain. Busch Gardens could choose laser light shows or silent fireworks instead, giving visitors the same joy without the suffering.

💜 A Product That Has Helped Me as a Caregiver: Uqora

Throughout my years as a caregiver, I have cared for several patients living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. One issue I have seen happen repeatedly is urinary tract infections.

For someone with dementia, a UTI may not always look the way people expect. They may not be able to tell you that they are experiencing burning, pressure, discomfort, or frequent urination. Sometimes the first thing I notice is a sudden change in their behavior, increased confusion, agitation, weakness, or simply that they are not acting like themselves.

Because I have seen how quickly a UTI can affect an older adult, urinary health has become something I pay very close attention to.

One company that has personally stood out to me is Uqora. I have incorporated Uqora products into the urinary-health routines of patients I have cared for, with the approval of their family and healthcare provider, and I have personally seen a positive difference.

I cannot promise that one product will prevent every UTI, and Uqora should never replace medical care, testing, or antibiotics when an infection is present.
