The problem is that a pose like floating camel, or a transition like easy pose twist to bird dog does not come to mind easily at 9pm on a Sunday!! Creative transitions are hard to invent on demand, even when you are good at this! 🫣

Sequencing is not one job.., It is like six jobs stacked on top of each other 🫣

You are trying to make it creative, but still accessible. Advanced enough to challenge your regulars, but do-able for a newbie. You want the flow to link up well, instead of stopping and starting. And you are doing all of that on a Sunday night when your brain is already done for the day 🥲

That is why "I'll just teach last week's flow again" happens 🙃
