Designed to help girls strengthen friendships, improve communication, build confidence, and navigate social situations in a supportive environment.

📚 High School Executive Function Skills Group
Focused on organization, time management, study skills, planning ahead, and strategies to help teens feel more prepared for academic demands.

✔️ 8-week programs
✔️ Held on Mondays
✔️ Intentionally kept small to allow for personalized support
✔️ We are a Step Up provider

Psychological & psychoeducational evaluations- limited January dates still available
Therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults
PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) for young children with big behaviors

If you’ve had concerns about learning, attention, behavior, or emotions and weren’t sure where to start, January is a great time to get support in place.
