Visiting Angels Pasco-Tampa's Josh Fernandez recently joined the Small Assisted Living Coalition, Inc. Networking Event, spending time with local senior care leaders, community partners, and advocates who are all working toward the same goal: helping older adults receive the support they need to thrive.

A great Lunch & Learn with our healthcare partners!

Visiting Angels Pasco-Tampa recently met with Carollee and the Case Management team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of North Tampa in Lutz to discuss how home care can help support a safer recovery after discharge.

Client Director Josh Fernandez shared the benefits of scheduling a home care consultation before a patient returns home, including assistance with medication reminders, transportation to follow-up appointments, meal preparation, exercise support, companionship, and added peace of mind for families.

We also enjoyed participating in Encompass Health's third-year Annual American Heart Association Tampa Bay Raffle. Our contribution? A cheerful 2-foot potted plant filled with lollipops! 🌱🍭

Great conversations and valuable connections at Northdale Rehabilitation Center!

Our team recently met with social workers Joren and Pauline during a Lunch & Learn to discuss how Visiting Angels Pasco-Tampa helps support clients and families after a rehab stay.

From fast response times to experienced caregivers and around-the-clock availability, we shared how our team helps make the transition home a little easier.

We also enjoyed learning more about Northdale's commitment to excellence and had the opportunity to connect with Executive Director Brian McCoy.
