We're grateful for the opportunity to have joined the National Graduate Medical Education Conference in Rockville, Maryland!

It was a privilege to connect with GME leaders, program directors, and coordinators from across the country who are just as dedicated to shaping the future of graduate medical education. The conference brought together powerful conversations, fresh perspectives, and real strategies for strengthening residency programs and supporting the next generation of physicians.

We were honored to present a session about “Expanding the Workforce Pipeline”, sparking meaningful conversations with fellow GME professionals.

At KPIGME, our mission is rooted in building strong, sustainable pathways for graduate medical education, and conferences like this remind us why that work matters. We're leaving inspired, energized, and thankful for every connection made.

From the 20th floor of The Harrison, the Encore District comes into full view. This is a neighborhood shaped by history, streets named for figures like Ray Charles, echoes of the jazz clubs and Black-owned businesses that once defined this corner of Tampa. Today, that legacy carries forward in a new skyline: homes, retail, and healthcare, rising together. This is Encore, seen from the top of the Harrison.

Our Space on the 7th floor of The Harrison is taking shape: modern conference rooms designed for collaboration and office space built to support the next generation of graduate medical education. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

From training tomorrow's physicians to advancing residency programs across Tampa Bay, this space will be where it all comes together.

Recently, we celebrated a historic milestone as we broke ground on the proposed Naples College of Osteopathic Medicine (NCHCOM), a project set to bring transformative medical education and expanded healthcare access to our community.

Leading the vision is Founding Dean Wolfgang G. Gilliar, D.O., FAAPMR, whose commitment to advancing osteopathic medicine and training the next generation of physicians is shaping what's ahead for Naples and beyond.

This is more than a building; it's an investment in future doctors, better patient care, and a healthier community for years to come.
