Immediately after your appointment:

✨ Stay upright for 4 hours
✨ Avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas for 24 hours
✨ Skip alcohol, strenuous workouts, saunas, excessive heat, and prolonged sun exposure for 24 hours
✨ Avoid massages, facials, and laser treatments for 1–2 weeks—or as directed by your injector

Remember to give your tox a full two weeks to settle before judging your results. Aftercare isn’t the only factor that affects effectiveness or longevity, but following your injector’s instructions is always part of the plan. 💉
