We are so proud to announce our Q2 Leader of the Quarter: Erin Ikenberry, PA-C, CAQ-Psychiatry, Assistant Medical Director at Riverside Recovery of Tampa!

Erin has been a member of the Riverside family for seven years and has practiced as a physician assistant for 19 years, with a background spanning emergency medicine, addiction, and psychiatry. After more than two decades in healthcare, Erin found her most rewarding home in addiction medicine, because it allows her to walk alongside people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Watching patients regain their health and hope is what drives her every single day. Erin believes every patient deserves compassion, dignity, and respect, and she brings that conviction to everything she does here. Outside of work she's coaching youth sports and cheering on her family. We are so lucky to have her!

Our Business Development Representative is in Orlando today for the 23rd Annual ACMA Florida Chapter Case Management and Transitions of Care Conference at Rosen Shingle Creek.

Sean spends his days building relationships with the case managers, social workers, and clinicians who guide patients toward treatment, so this room is exactly where he wants to be.

Nine years ago, Riverside Recovery of Tampa opened its doors with one mission: to help people find their way back to themselves. Since then, we've had the privilege of walking alongside so many individuals and families as they've taken back their lives from addiction; one day, one milestone, one victory at a time.

As we blow out this candle on the river that inspired our name, we're reflecting on everything this community has built together: the moments of hope, the hard-won breakthroughs, and every person who found the courage to start again.

Here's to nine years of recovery, resilience, and reason to celebrate, and to many more ahead. 💙

🤝 A great visit at Riverside Recovery a few weeks ago!

We were honored to welcome the team from University of South Florida's Student Outreach and Support office for a tour of our facility. Their visit came after Riverside was recently added as a substance abuse and mental health resource under USF's "Intensive Outpatient Programs" page, a meaningful step in strengthening our ties with the local community and making sure USF students and families know help is close to home.

We're proud to stand alongside other trusted providers as a resource students can turn to, and we look forward to continuing to build this partnership with USF.

Say hello to Charlie, our Director of Admissions! A few weeks ago, Charlie was soaking in some breathtaking views on a cruise to Alaska! ❄️🚢

We love celebrating our team members living their best lives outside of work, because that balance matters just as much as the incredible work they do here every day.

Charlie's Riverside story goes back to 2017, when he started as an Admissions Coordinator. He stepped away for a while, but found his way back about a year and a half ago, and he says it was one of the best decisions he's ever made. "Riverside has always felt like family to me."

Charlie also shared a bit of his own story: his recovery journey began at just 21 years old. It wasn't perfect, but he kept coming back — and today he gets to use that experience to help others find hope, reconnect with their families, and believe that lasting recovery really is possible.

When he's not here, you'll find Charlie fishing, golfing, or dreaming up his next adventure (Alaska was clearly a win 🎣⛳).

Thank you, Charlie, for your daily hard work and heart. We're beyond grateful to have you on our team!

What an incredible few days in Las Vegas connecting with EAP professionals and labor partners who care deeply about the people they serve.

Level 2 and above clients earn access to our coffee station, stocked with Nespresso pods, syrups, creamers, sprinkles, marshmallows, and more.
