World Su***de Prevention Day
Today is a reminder that caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health.
Sometimes, someone who is struggling may not show it. A simple “How are you really doing?” can open the door to a conversation that matters. Listening without judgment, checking in on a friend, or encouraging someone to seek support can make a difference.
And if you’re the one who’s struggling, please know this: you don’t have to face it alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
At Project Return, we believe in the power of connection, community, and having a safe place where people can be themselves. Taking care of your mental health is something worth prioritizing every day.
Today, check in on someone you care about. And remember to check in with yourself, too.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
