“Pediatric visits carry outsized emotional stakes. Reviews mentioning a child average 4.09 stars — meaningfully below the 4.33 overall average. Among 1-star reviews, 21% involve a pediatric visit, compared to 14% of 5-star reviews. Parents arrive with heightened anxiety and lower tolerance for friction. A feverish toddler and a 2-hour wait is a review waiting to be written.”
