Most people see Massage Therapy is as a luxury, not a necessity...my goal is to change that!!

My name is Rae and I am a mobile Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue for chronic muscle pain.

Just like exercise, Massage therapy is something that should be done consistently in order to feel progress.

Massage therapy helps to relieve tension, improve sleep, helps with blood circulation,improve range of motion, reduces headaches and supports injury recovery, amongst other things.

When you are on my table my main goal is to listen to your concerns and help you coke up with an ongoing care plan.
