A confession about the book I’m currently writing:
Some days I feel like the universe received an advance copy and decided to test every chapter.
The central idea is simple:
What if many of the stories we tell ourselves are not true?
Not because we’re broken.
Not because we’re irrational.
But because the mind often fills in gaps long before it has all the information.
The challenge is that life keeps presenting situations where the old story feels far more convincing.
So every chapter I write becomes a practice.
Not of writing.
Of remembering.
