Did you know your energy, mood, sleep, workouts, and even your appetite can change throughout your menstrual cycle? 🌸

Understanding each phase can help you work with your body instead of against it.

🩸 Menstrual Phase: Your body is shedding the uterine lining. Energy may be lower, rest is important, and gentle movement may feel best.

🌱 Follicular Phase: Estrogen begins to rise, bringing increased energy, motivation, and mental clarity. This is often a great time for challenging workouts and trying new things.

✨ Ovulation: Many people feel their most energetic, confident, and social. Strength, endurance, and libido may peak during this phase.

🌙 Luteal Phase: Progesterone rises as your body prepares for a possible pregnancy. You may notice lower energy, mood changes, increased appetite or cravings, and a greater need for sleep and recovery.

Knowing how their cycle affects their daily life is especially helpful to girls who have only recently started menstruating, so they know what to expect and that it's all very normal.

Of course, every cycle is still unique, and not everyone experiences these changes the same way.

Learning your body's patterns is one of the best ways to support your overall health 💜

Healing takes time. Adjusting takes time. Learning your baby’s cues takes time. And so does finding your confidence as a parent.

If you’re in this season, know that you don’t have to have all the answers. Take it one day, one cuddle, and one deep breath at a time. 💜

Does Stress Affect Your Reproductive Health?

Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes chronic, it can affect more than just your mood.

Long-term stress may influence hormone levels, disrupt your menstrual cycle, worsen PMS symptoms, and even make it more difficult to conceive.

Your reproductive health and your overall well-being are closely connected.

While occasional stress is unlikely to cause lasting problems, persistent stress is a good reminder to prioritize self-care, healthy habits, and regular checkups.

If you've noticed changes in your cycle, worsening symptoms, or have concerns about your fertility, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Our team is here to answer your questions, evaluate your symptoms, and help you take the next step toward better reproductive health.
