The healing that comes from the deepest part of you.
I had no idea this was even available until I experienced my own connection in a session

Buy the next course
Find a new practitioner
Google the question one more time

sometimes those things can be useful

But there’s a point where gathering perspective quietly turns into outsourcing authority

Every time you refuse to move until someone else confirms what you already sense, you miss an opportunity to build evidence that you can trust yourself

over time, something insidious happens:
your own knowing gets harder to hear.

Not because it disappeared

Because you’ve gotten really practiced at checking somewhere else first

That’s the pattern I’m interested in

the answer isn’t to shut everyone out and never ask for guidance again
It’s to stop making someone else’s certainty the requirement for your movement

Ask yourself first.
Notice what comes.

Let outside perspectives pass through your own discernment instead of replacing it

This is the fuel for my work in QHHT

People often come into a session carrying questions they consciously believe they don’t know the answers to
then, during hypnosis, they hear themselves answering those questions in their own voice.
Sometimes the response afterward is almost disbelief:
“😮‍💨 I already knew that.”

Exactly.

August felt like the most chaotic roller coaster I can possibly imagine and I don’t capture many things on my phone bc I want to be totally present and not feel like every moment is a performance.
But please enjoy the 2 photos I did take of my babies…just being.
They remind me daily - less doing, more being 🐾💛
