While outside, I’m just breathing it all in—letting go of the stress, holding onto the good, and finding gratitude in the middle of it all.

Some days I’m tired beyond words, but I still press play. Because taking care of me means I can keep showing up as the mom my child deserves.
It’s quiet, it’s slow, it’s not always pretty… but it matters. Tomorrow, we do it all over again. 💛
