Sometimes that sounds like:
“I need time to think.”
“That doesn’t work for me.”
“Here’s what I can offer.”

Setting a boundary can bring up guilt, uncertainty, or worry about someone’s reaction. You can take time to consider your needs and how you want to communicate them.

If this is something you’d like to explore, counseling can offer space to talk through the relationships and situations where setting limits feels difficult. 💚

💚 Trauma: making space for what you’ve experienced and how it affects your life today.

💚 Substance use: exploring your relationship with substances, your concerns, and the changes you want to make.

💚 Chronic illness and disability: talking through changing needs, grief, identity, relationships, and everyday demands.

My standard session rate is $75. Income-based sliding-scale rates are available:

• $56 for household income at 175–199% of the Federal Poverty Level
• $37 at 150–174%
• $20 at 125–149%

Contact me with questions about sliding-scale eligibility.

I’m also a Step Up Direct Pay Provider! Families can reach out to discuss using their scholarship for services.
