Attempted to post this yesterday multiple times, but Instagram kept glitching on me. I almost didn’t post at all, but something said I still should.

Yesterday was the 7 year anniversary of losing Amanda. For the first time since she passed, I truly feel at peace. She’s no longer suffering in her physical body. And I know her soul lives on and I feel so connected to her in that way.

wow, this was one of the hardest chapters of my life, it broke me wide open in regards to my spirituality. It led me to Reiki and Yoga teacher Training and learning that I could talk to Amanda anytime I want to. And I continue to do so to this day. She’s still as loud, feisty and caring as ever 😅💕

If you can relate at all, I’m so sorry. But please know I see you and understand the pain of losing a loved one to this terrible disease.

Lastly, I wrote about my story as a way to raise awareness and work through my grief. I published ‘Saving My Sister: How I Created Meaning from Addiction and Loss’ in 2022. It’s available on Amazon or wherever books are sold online.

And to anyone who watched the full video, thank you. I appreciate your support 💟

Here’s a few things every hypermobile person (or honestly, just anyone) should know about their pelvic floor. It does a lot more than we think!

I have a free guide available now on simple steps to regulate your nervous system. Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you!

Honoring your body’s signals is the foundation of regulating your nervous system. Not forcing yourself to meditate (although I love meditation), pushing through fatigue, or daily cold plunges. If you are living in a dissociated state, you may not even be present enough to recognize these signals. Returning home to your body - over and over again - is the simplest way to begin to understand its needs and how your nervous system is wired.

This is the foundation of my upcoming course: “Nervous System Regulation Made Simple.” I already have a free guide breaking a lot of this down with some simple strategies to get started. Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you!

It’s been almost 6 months since my iliac vein stent procedure. I’ve gotten a lot of comments and questions on this, so I figured I’d post an update. It’s a long one so feel free to hold down the side to speed this up!

TLDR: I’m feeling better. I also love oxygen therapy. It’s hard to know sometimes what’s moving the needle forward the most. All I know is that I’ve made a lot of progress, and besides a little blip after travel and my period last week 🫠, I’ve been feeling really good!

Also want to mention, I don’t have a nickel allergy. If you are concerned about this, ask your doctor to be tested for a nickel allergy prior to getting a stent.

**I can only answer questions about MY experience and cannot offer any medical advice. 😊**

I’m committed to move my body every day throughout the month of June. I had been wayyy too inconsistent for far too long. And my bendy body needs strength and stability in order to feel my best. Soo I’ll be sharing on my stories and occasionally here with my everyday movements throughout this month!

The “move your way June” challenge only requires 15 min of daily movement, 1/2 your body weight in oz of water per day, and one electrolyte drink per day. That’s it! Movement can be as simple as a walk or stretching on the floor if that’s all you have in you that day.

The most important part is listening to YOUR body and exploring movement that feels SAFE for you. We don’t need to be marathon runners or heavy lifters to move our bodies.

If you’re with me, let me know in the comments! There’s still a lot of days left in June!! 🫶🏻🤗

I’m just tired of being tired. I’m tired of the unpredictability. And I’m tired of my hormones f*cking my over every gd month 🙃

I mean this for real - I really don’t know how I’d function some days when the fatigue hits like this if I wasn’t on a stimulant. Thank god for Vyvanse is all I can say at the end of a tiring day like today. We freaking made it 🫡

Low energy day? You don’t have to choose between doing too much and doing nothing.

Here are 4 POTS and hypermobility-friendly exercises that can be done right from the floor to help you reconnect with your core, glutes, and breath without draining your battery.

Remember: movement doesn’t have to be intense to be beneficial. Some days, the win is simply showing up for your body in a way that feels supportive.

Which one are you adding to your routine? 👇 Let me know what you think in the comments! 🫶🏻
