NORMALIZE TALKING ABOUT YOUR SALARY AS A WOMAN.

Women, especially in health/wellness/fitness and female-dominated fields are craving transparency right now.

For so long, especially in healthcare, money was treated like this taboo thing nobody talked about… meanwhile we were underpaid, burned out, and comparing themselves in silence.

I also think there’s a difference between sharing income to flex V sharing it to educate, normalize possibilities, or help people understand what’s actually possible in different careers/businesses ‼️

And obviously no one has to share what they make if that feels weird to you, that’s totally valid too 😂

But I do think conversations around money, salary, business growth, and financial freedom are becoming a lot more normalized than they used to be 👏🏼

thank you to so many of you (1,000) of you who have shared your income in my last viral Reel.

We have a long way to go but being transparent helps so many of us advocate or shift!

And getting in a room where women were making 7 figures a year?!! changed everything in ME to learn how to do it!!!!

Hollywood is out of control RN 💔

and after helping hundreds of women combat their body dysmorphia & eat carbs and real meals again, this is tough to see.

I hate commenting on bodies BUT malnourishment is not healthy.

I love seeing REAL online so reminder business building isn’t all rainbows and daises ‼️‼️‼️

it has given me TIME freedom like:

❤️Unrushed breakfast and random days off with my daughters
❤️Traveling at any time- whether to fly to take care of my mom or head to Europe
❤️Making my own schedule (ie some days are 2 hour days and some days it’s from the couch) and no weekend/holidays ever
❤️Working with the most incredibly smart women I get to support

But it takes outgrowing an old version of you. Investing when you’re scared you won’t earn it back. Being OK with more nos than you’d like and seeing others succeed faster. Questioning yourself. No, it doesn’t look like the *girl boss” sh*t you see online.

But I’m so glad I believed in myself, even when it was just a dream.

What did I miss?! anything you’re struggling with in your side hustle, mom life or business to keep spreading the REAL 👇🏼
