Meet Lisette Caraballo, Director of Health and Wellness!

Lisette brings more than five years of Assisted Living experience and a genuine passion for serving older adults with compassion, dignity, and respect. She began her nursing career as part of Florida’s COVID-19 vaccine team, providing vaccinations in homes, group homes, and Assisted Living communities across the state. Those experiences strengthened her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. In addition to her nursing background, Lisette is the owner of My Heart Skips a Beat, LLC, where she teaches CPR and provides life-saving certifications. She is also CORE certified, giving her a strong understanding of Assisted Living regulations and best practices to support our residents, families, and team. One of Lisette’s favorite quotes is, “Once you are aware, you cannot become unaware.” She believes that when we recognize an opportunity to help someone, we have a responsibility to act with compassion and purpose. Outside of work, Lisette enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her French Bulldog, Mako.

We are thankful for our team members who go above and beyond to support residents each day, and for the residents whose lifetime of accomplishments, perseverance, and contributions continue to inspire us.
