This is part one of a two part testimony of what happpened to me five years ago today August 12, 2021 at 10:05 am. I was clotheslined while riding my ebike about 15 mph. This part ends saying God brought 3 doctors to save my life and spoiler alert ...one was here in Taos. There was so much more that happened with the case but the thing that really matters is looking at the blessings that came from it and not the pain or legal battle and that I forgave the man who did it and the medical personnel who chose not to give me medical care or told me nothing was wrong. I also want to say there were four incredible people who lifted me up in prayer love financial support and stood by me the whole way and that was my beloved husband Chris and my sister Kim and Tom Pinto. And of course my dear mother who cashed in her retirement to finalize the medical bills. If you know anyone who was clotheslined I would be happy to share my experience to encourage and give hope. So few survive a clothesline injury and there are fewer doctors who even know anything about how to treat this unique injury.
