Nothing but pride and gratitude here at The Bridges today!

Reese Brown has generously donated four beautiful American flags for our flagpole that stands in loving dedication to his parents, Donald and Kathy Brown. These flags were made by Epicubes—a veteran-owned company that produces them right here in America.

There is something deeply meaningful about raising flags that were crafted with the same values of service, quality, and patriotism that this pole and this place represent. Every time these flags catch the breeze, they will honor Donald and Kathy’s memory while flying over ground that holds so much of our shared story and purpose.

Thank you, Reese, for this thoughtful and generous gift. It strengthens the spirit of TBHC and reminds us why we take such pride in the symbols that fly here. Our community at TBHC is truly special.

As Our Gardening Season Comes to an End…

Our garden has brought us so much joy this season! From planting and watering to picking fresh vegetables and enjoying the beautiful flowers, our residents have loved every moment spent in the garden.

It’s hard to believe our gardening season is coming to an end, but we’re so thankful for all the memories, laughter, sunshine, and delicious harvests along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this garden season so special! We can’t wait to see what next year brings.

Our residents had the BEST time celebrating the King of Rock & Roll — Elvis Presley!

Our residents absolutely LOVE Elvis, so getting to celebrate him with some fun and talented guests made for such a special day! From singing along to sharing smiles and making memories, there was plenty of Elvis-inspired fun all around.

We are so thankful for our wonderful guests who came out to help us make the day extra special. Our residents sure know how to have a good time — and Elvis will always have a special place in their hearts!

Family Night

What a special way to celebrate National Senior Day!

We had the best time bringing our residents, families, and friends together for a wonderful Family Night filled with good food, laughter, love, and memories that we’ll cherish.

Our seniors deserve to be celebrated every single day, and tonight was all about honoring the incredible lives, stories, and memories that make each of them so special.

Thank you to all of our families who came out and helped make the evening so meaningful. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family here at The Bridges of Hendricks Creek!

Project Bird House – Phase 2

Phase 2 of Project Bird House has been completed!

All 30 birdhouses have been assembled and are almost ready for their final transformation. The next step is for our wonderful residents to bring their creativity to life by decorating and personalizing their birdhouses.

It’s never easy saying goodbye to someone who has become such an important part of our Bridges family. While we absolutely hate to see Chef Quinton go, we couldn’t be more proud of him and the growth we’ve had the privilege of witnessing during his time at The Bridges of Hendricks Creek. His dedication, heart, and passion have been felt far beyond the kitchen. He has served our residents with love, brought joy through countless meals, and created memories that will stay with us long after his last day. Quinton, watching you grow both personally and professionally has been such a blessing. Although this chapter is coming to an end, we know there are wonderful things ahead for you, and we are so proud to see you take that next step.

Please join us for Chef Quinton’s Going Away Meal on August 20th at 3:00 PM in the Activity Room as he does what he loves one more time—serving the residents who have meant so much to him.
