THANK YOU TARBORO FOR 21 UNFORGETTABLE YEARS!
After 21 wonderful years, Hammer Chiropractic Tarboro will be closing it's doors on May 29, 2026. While this is a big change, we aren't saying goodbye. On June 1, 2026, we will be merging our practices, and Dr. Patel and Deb will continue providing the same dedicated care at our Rocky Mount location.
Since 2005, Hammer Chiropractic has been more than just a practice- it's been part of this community. As we prepare to merge offices into our Rocky Mount location, we find ourselves looking back at everything we've shared.
We have watched toddlers grow into graduates and patients become grandparents. You've let us into your lives during your biggest milestones, and for that, we are truly grateful.
While our Taeboro doors will close on May 29, Dr. Patel and Deb are excited to continue your care just down the road in Rocky Mount. Your health, your history, and your medical records are coming with us, and we are committed to making this transition smooth and simple.
